Lithuania’s care home market is fragmented: many small operators and very few modern, large-scale facilities. Jaukuma fills that gap – a contemporary, welcoming 510-bed care campus in a green setting, where professional care meets the warmth of home.
i Three buildings under renovation on Liepų alėja – 6,000 m² of owned floor space in total.

The plan is to complete the first-stage renovation within 8 months of receiving financing and, once the required permits and the social care licence are obtained, to start welcoming the first residents.
Target 85% occupancy – 434 residents.
Mature operations: €15.2m revenue, €6.5m EBITDA. Possible exit.
Preliminary plan, refined as the project progresses.
i A 600 kW solar plant (~€250k investment) is already installed. It cuts operating costs, lifts EBITDA and reduces the CO₂ footprint – a sustainability credential that matters to residents and financiers alike.
i The staffing structure and headcount will be shaped by the actual number of residents, their individual needs and the applicable staffing time norms for social care providers.
